PT Personal Assistant

I'm an entrepreneur and attorney and need help managing our personal and business operations. I mainly need help tracking things that need to get done, helping me to make sure things are done, communicating with clients and keeping calendars, working with people in my life to coordinate, to help plan and track things, taking meeting notes and minutes, and translating into 'to do' lists. You don't need to work on our time zone, although some daily overlap is preferable. We don't need a ton of work done, but we do need at least a few hours a week and someone who is very reliable and super responsive during the hours that you are working. You should be fine doing everything from finding holiday gifts and links to planning kid bdays to managing personal and professional needs and organization. The right person is self-motivated, able to multi-task, will follow up with things without asking, is amazing at scheduling and working with people, has great customer service skills, and will track everything for us to show status. Would also love someone interested in working with social media and blog writing but that's not necessary. Pay depending on skills and experience. Estimated 5-8 hrs/week to start. There's opportunity to scale up hours for the right candidate.
