We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Case Manager Assistant to join our growing personal injury firm. In this role, you will provide critical support to our case managers and attorneys throughout the pre-litigation process. You will be responsible for: Assisting in the preparation of case files Managing lien negotiations and claims Drafting legal documents Tracking key deadlines Maintaining communication with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about helping clients receive the best possible outcomes.
