Personal Injury Case Manager - Remote

We are currently seeking experienced and highly independent legal professionals to join a growing Personal Injury law firm. We are looking to hire candidates who can work efficiently with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced legal environment. Position Details Full-Time Remote Position Work Schedule: CST Hours Preferred Location: LATAM (Mexico preferred) Start Date: Within the Next 2 Weeks Key Responsibilities: Support attorneys and legal teams in handling Personal Injury cases Manage case files, documentation, and case-related communications Prepare, review, and organize legal documents and records Maintain accurate case information and updates within FileVine Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other parties as needed Assist with case management and administrative tasks throughout the litigation process Qualifications: Previous Personal Injury experience is required Proficiency with FileVine, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Acrobat Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Spanish-English bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply Experience supporting U.S.-based law firms Familiarity with personal injury case workflows and documentation processes What We're Looking For: Self-starter with a high level of autonomy Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Professional and effective communicator Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented team player
