About the Opportunity We're launching a brand-new consumer law firm in personal injury and family law, built to grow market by market across several states — and we're looking for a talented SEO professional to help us build it from the ground up. This is a true greenfield role. No legacy website to untangle, no agency politics, no inherited technical debt. You'll help design the playbook, build the digital presence, and grow it into new markets — with real ownership of your work and leadership that genuinely values organic growth. If you love SEO and want your work to directly shape a company's trajectory, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Build local market presence. Create and launch the page sets that put us on the map in each new metro — local landing pages, service pages, and supporting content, all connected with smart internal linking Run local SEO. Manage citations and directory listings, Google Business Profiles, and review monitoring as we enter new markets Own technical SEO. Help launch and maintain a fast, clean, conversion-ready website; run audits and fix indexing, speed, and crawl issues as they come up Shape content strategy. Help plan keyword priorities, topic clusters, and a sustainable publishing workflow — then keep quality content flowing Build authority. Support digital PR and outreach — press mentions, expert quotes, podcasts — to earn quality links and grow the brand's reputation Stay ahead on AI search. Help us show up in AI-powered search results (AI Overviews and similar) through schema, structured content, and smart formatting Improve conversion. Test and refine landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action so the traffic we earn turns into real inquiries Track and share results. Use GA4, Search Console, and call tracking to measure what's working, and share simple monthly updates on progress You won't do all of this alone — you'll have support from a team and lawyers. What the First Year Looks Like Launch the website and get the foundations right. Bring our first markets online. Build a repeatable playbook for entering new metros. Grow steadily from there. We'll set goals together each quarter and adjust as we learn — we care about consistent, quality execution, not chasing arbitrary numbers. What We're Looking For Solid hands-on SEO experience — local SEO, content, technical, or some mix of all three Experience with multi-location or local-service businesses is a big plus (law firms, home services, medical, etc.) Comfortable with the standard toolkit: GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager, and the usual SEO tools A white-hat approach — we market under attorney supervision, so quality and integrity matter here Organized, self-directed, and good at communicating what you're working on Nice to have (not required): Legal industry or attorney-marketing experience Digital PR / link-building experience AI search (GEO) experience CRO or lead-gen experience Spanish language skills or experience reaching Spanish-speaking audiences Don't check every box?
