Personal Injury Law Firm Assistant - Must Speak Spanish

Spanish-Speaking Intake / Client Support Assistant – Personal Injury Law Firm (As Needed) We are seeking a fluent Spanish/English-speaking contractor to assist our Personal Injury Law Firm on an as-needed basis. Responsibilities may include: Making outbound calls to clients and providing updates Sending text messages and communicating with Spanish-speaking clients Relaying information accurately between clients and our team Gathering information and documenting responses Providing clear summaries and notes following calls Requirements: Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) Comfortable communicating professionally with clients 2-3 Years of Personal Injury Law experience Ability to respond to requests and complete calls/text outreach within approximately 1–2 hours during business hours Strong communication and organization skills Prior intake, legal assistant, or virtual assistant experience preferred Please include: Prior legal or intake experience Availability/time zone A short voice recording in both English and Spanish
