Trial Lawyers of Arizona is a client-centered personal injury law firm seeking a dedicated, proactive, and hardworking Bilingual Personal Injury Legal Assistant to support our mission of maximizing compensation for injury victims through aggressive litigation done right. This is a fully remote position for an enthusiastic team player who is organized, dependable, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced virtual environment and takes ownership of their work while supporting a high-performing legal team. Key Responsibilities - Communicate with clients professionally and empathetically in English and Spanish - Assist with client onboarding and ongoing case communications - Request, gather, and organize medical records, bills, and case-related documents - Maintain accurate and well-organized digital case files - Support attorneys and paralegals with administrative and case-related tasks - Track deadlines, follow-ups, and outstanding action items - Update case management systems with notes, documents, and status updates - Provide reliable and timely virtual legal support Qualifications - Bilingual (English/Spanish) - Prior experience in personal injury law preferred - Experience as a legal assistant or paralegal is a plus - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Comfortable using legal case management software (Filevine) What We’re Looking For - Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset - Strong work ethic and reliability - Excellent follow-through and time management - Team player who values communication and collaboration - Passion for helping clients through difficult situations
