Personal Injury Paralegal - Filevine Case Management, Intake Through Demand

We are a legal technology and paralegal services company. We implement case management systems for law firms across the US, UK, and Australia, and we place experienced paralegals with those firms. We are engaging a senior personal injury paralegal for one of our clients - a California plaintiff's firm running personal injury matters in Filevine. You would be contracted through us and working directly with the firm's attorneys day to day. This is not a support or data-entry role. You will own files. Scope of work: 1. Client intake, sign-up packet generation via DocGen, and Vinesign execution 2. Medical records and billing requisitions, provider follow-up, and escalation on non-responsive custodians 3. Police and traffic collision report retrieval; evidence collection and filing 4. Medical chronologies - dated treatment timelines with provider, complaint, finding, and cost - including treatment gap identification 5. Prior medical history review for pre-existing condition exposure 6. Special damages tabulation and billing summaries 7. Demand package assembly: liability narrative, medical summary, damages schedule, exhibits 8. Insurance adjuster correspondence; policy limits and time-limited demand tracking 9. Lien identification, reduction correspondence, and ledger reconciliation 10. Statute of limitations and government claim deadline calendaring 11. Filevine data hygiene, DocGen template testing, and workflow QA Requirements: 1. Demonstrated personal injury paralegal experience with US plaintiff-side firms 2. Working proficiency in Filevine, including DocGen and Vinesign 3. Ability to produce demand packages ready for attorney signature, not raw material 4. Strong written English and comfort in direct attorney-facing communication 5. Overlap with US Pacific business hours 6. Willingness to sign an NDA and confidentiality undertaking covering client matter information
