Personal Injury Paralegal

PERSONAL INJURY PARALEGAL LLG National Law Group is seeking an experienced, organized, and highly motivated Personal Injury Paralegal to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience handling personal injury matters from initial intake through settlement or trial preparation, including motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-fall claims, wrongful death matters, premises liability, and other negligence cases. Key Responsibilities: * Manage pre-litigation and litigation case files * Communicate regularly with clients, attorneys, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and opposing counsel * Obtain and organize medical records, bills, police reports, insurance information, and other supporting documentation * Prepare demand packages and settlement documentation * Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, subpoenas, and routine motions * Maintain litigation calendars and monitor statutes of limitations, discovery deadlines, depositions, hearings, and court dates * Assist attorneys with depositions, mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, and trial preparation * Prepare medical chronologies, damages summaries, and case status reports * Track liens, subrogation claims, settlement proceeds, and disbursements * Maintain accurate case notes, documents, and time entries in the firm’s case-management system Qualifications: * Minimum of three years of personal injury paralegal experience preferred * Strong knowledge of both pre-litigation and litigation procedures * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to manage a substantial caseload and meet strict deadlines * Proficiency with legal case-management systems, Microsoft Office, electronic filing, and document management * Ability to work independently while collaborating with attorneys and other staff * Paralegal certificate or related degree is preferred but not required with sufficient experience LLG National Law Group offers a professional, fast-paced, and results-driven environment with opportunities for growth.
