About Me I am a busy entrepreneur and father of three daughters. My businesses are operating well, and I am looking for a highly organized, proactive Personal Life Executive Assistant to help optimize my personal life, family operations, household management, scheduling, and long-term planning. I am not looking for someone who simply completes tasks. I want someone who can become my trusted right hand and help create systems that make my life run smoothly. Responsibilities Family Management * Maintain and organize family calendars * Track school events, activities, and important dates * Schedule medical, dental, and extracurricular appointments * Coordinate family outings and educational activities * Help organize and track children's goals and milestones Household Management * Manage household schedules and reminders * Coordinate home maintenance and service appointments * Track bills, subscriptions, and due dates * Organize household projects and errands * Research products, services, and vendors when needed Personal Development & Accountability * Maintain personal goal-tracking systems * Help organize daily, weekly, and monthly priorities * Provide accountability for personal development goals * Assist with scheduling workouts, self-care, and personal growth activities * Help create structure and routines that improve productivity and balance Relationship Management * Track birthdays, anniversaries, and important life events * Schedule date nights and family gatherings * Maintain relationship follow-up reminders * Help ensure important personal relationships stay nurtured Life Planning & Special Projects * Assist with vacation planning and travel coordination * Research family activities and experiences * Organize personal documents and records * Support long-term planning initiatives * Handle various personal projects as assigned Ideal Candidate * Extremely organized and detail-oriented * Proactive problem solver * Strong communication skills * Excellent calendar and task management abilities * Able to anticipate needs before being asked * Comfortable creating systems and improving processes * Trustworthy and maintains strict confidentiality * Experience supporting executives, entrepreneurs, or high-performing professionals preferred Tools & Skills * Google Calendar * Google Docs/Sheets * Task management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Notion, etc.) * Strong research skills * Excellent written and verbal English communication * Project management experience is a plus Commitment * Part-Time: 5–10 hours per week to start * Potential for long-term growth and expanded responsibilities * Remote position Success Looks Like Within the first 90 days, I want: * A centralized Personal Life Operating System established * Family, household, and personal schedules fully organized * Clear systems for tracking appointments, goals, tasks, and important dates * Reduced mental load and increased personal efficiency * More quality time available for family and personal priorities To Apply Please include: 1.
