Personal Motivator and Energizer

i am looking for a talented energy influencer to help with motivation and confidence. this position is inspired by wendy from the tv show "billions". the successful candidate will have a strong ability to motivate and energize others, and will be able to put me and occasionally my collaborators in the correct mindset. just like wendy on billions, the ideal candidate will be able to assess the current state, and to know how to provide inspiration and guidance to pivot the current mood and beliefs into either productivity mode or socializing mode. the ideal candidate possesses high social intelligence and, while academic credentials are not mandatory, understands how to work with and direct people. the ideal candidate is dynamic and available on demand occasionally. the average number of hours is 6-12 per week to start with. responsibilities include providing motivational support, and fostering a culture of hyperproductivity, making me feel like a superpeformer. other responsibilities include emotional rebuilding, and occasionally team-building activities. eventually more responsibilities will be available, such as outreach and community building. the following skills are nice to have but not necessary: - psychology - personal coaching/life coaching - sales experience - acting or theater experience if you have a passion for inspiring others and creatong dynamic environments, please apply. to apply, please send a short paragraph describing how you would handle motivating a colleague in a state of low inspiration.
