Personnel Policies for Conservation Districts Editing and Document Comparison

I’m looking for someone with strong editing and document customization skills to tailor a set of model personnel policies for a small office. The current document is written for a medium-to-large firm, and I need it revised so it fits the structure, tone, and practical needs of a smaller organization. Document is 44 pages. The work will involve: --Editing the existing policy document for clarity and consistency. --Adjusting language so it is appropriate for a small office. --Preserving policies but adapting to small organization. Ideal freelancer: -Experience working with HR or personnel policy documents. Knowledge of State of MT and federal personnel policies. -Able to adapt content to match the size and needs of an organization. -Detail-oriented and comfortable working with formal administrative language.
