Pet portrait illustrator for premium embroidered sweatshirts (Long-term)

Hi! I'm looking for a long-term illustrator with experience creating artwork for embroidery. I run a small pet webshop in Hungary, and I'm launching a new product: custom embroidered sweatshirts and T-shirts made from customers' dog photos. I'd like to start with one paid test project. The attached dog photo should be transformed into a premium embroidered-style pet portrait suitable for embroidery on sweatshirts and T-shirts. Requirements: Preserve the dog's likeness and facial expression. Create clean embroidery-ready artwork. Simplify details where necessary for embroidery. Avoid unnecessary tiny details that do not embroider well. Suitable for chest embroidery. High-quality vector artwork (AI or SVG). Experience with embroidery artwork is a big advantage. Ability to provide PES or other embroidery files is a plus. Manual artwork only (no auto-tracing or AI-generated vectors). Please include in your proposal: 1. Your price for an SVG file 2. Your price for SVG + AI file 3. Additional cost for a PES embroidery file (if you provide it) 4. Estimated delivery time 5. Please send examples of pet portraits created specifically for embroidery. This is a paid test project. If we're happy with the result, I'd like to build a long-term working relationship with regular orders.
