Pharmacy Inventory & Purchase Order Management System Development

Phase 1 - Pharmacy Inventory Optimization System (SQL Server / ERP Integration) Project Overview We are a multi-branch retail pharmacy chain looking for an experienced developer/team to build Phase 1 of an Inventory Optimization System. The application will work as a standalone layer over our existing Microsoft SQL Server ERP. The ERP database structure should not be modified. This phase focuses on rule-based inventory optimization. AI-based forecasting will be part of a future phase. Scope of Work The application should provide: 1. SQL Server Integration Read-only integration with our existing Microsoft SQL Server ERP. Read sales, purchase, inventory, stock and master data. 2. Rule-Based Reorder Recommendation Generate branch-wise reorder recommendations considering: Current stock Pending Purchase Orders Pending GRNs Historical sales Supplier lead time Configurable inventory days Minimum/Maximum stock levels Business rules should be configurable and not hard-coded. 3. Excess Stock Report Generate a report showing: Excess quantity Excess inventory value Days of inventory 4. Near Expiry Report Generate configurable near-expiry reports showing: Product Batch Expiry date Quantity Inventory value 5. Dashboard Provide a simple dashboard showing: Products requiring reorder Excess stock summary Near-expiry summary Branch-wise inventory summary 6. Export Export all reports and reorder recommendations to Excel/CSV.
