This is a flexible remote opportunity ideal for those who want to earn extra or scalable income with no fixed schedule. This collaboration starts with a trial phase, with the opportunity to continue long-term based on performance and consistency. There are no fixed working hours — results and quality matter more than volume. This is not a VA, admin, or customer support role. This opportunity focuses on content creation and talent sourcing only. ⸻ Open Roles 1️⃣ Content Creators (Lifestyle Content) Role: Create and submit simple lifestyle photos and/or short videos (daily routine, coffee, casual moments, etc.). Requirements: • Based in the Philippines • Comfortable creating simple lifestyle content • Consistent and reliable Compensation: • $30 per approved submission • Opportunity for monthly earnings with consistent content ⸻ 2️⃣ Recruiter / Talent Scout / Agency Role: Find and refer content creators based in the Philippines. Once approved, your task for that referral is complete. Requirements: • Strong local network (students, freelancers, social media users, etc.) • Experience in recruiting or sourcing is a plus • Organized and responsive Compensation: • Performance-based per approved creator • Potential to earn $500–$1,500+ monthly depending on results ⸻ Important Notes This is a collaboration-based opportunity, not a traditional employment role.
