Philippines-Based Customer Experience Representative (Home Services / Remote)

What you'll do: - Handle inbound and outbound calls for US-based home services clients - Book service appointments using ServiceTitan or similar CRM tools - Follow up on unbooked leads, callbacks, and membership renewals - Document all interactions with clear, detailed notes - Coordinate with US-based dispatchers and team leads - Monitor lead sources and ensure accurate campaign tagging What we're looking for: - 2+ years in BPO, customer service, or virtual assistant roles (home services experience a strong plus) - Excellent English communication — clear accent, confident phone presence - Experience with CRM platforms (ServiceTitan, HousecallPro, Zendesk, or similar) - Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple tools simultaneously - Reliable high-speed internet and professional home office setup (noise-canceling headset required) - Willing to work US Eastern hours (7 AM – 5 PM EST / 7 PM – 5 AM PHT) Nice to have: - Dispatching or scheduling experience - Experience with Dialpad, RingCentral, Slack - Background in appointment setting or outbound calls
