Philippines Recruitment Marketing & Community Outreach Specialist We are a U.S.-based mortgage company hiring remote appointment setters and lead generation specialists in the Philippines. This is NOT a recruiting project. This is NOT a social media management project. We are looking for someone who understands where Filipino job seekers spend time online and can help us identify the best communities, pages, influencers, and audiences to promote our opportunity. Responsibilities • Identify Facebook Groups where job opportunities can be promoted • Identify Facebook Pages that accept sponsored job postings • Identify TikTok creators and influencers with audiences of job seekers • Identify BPO, call center, virtual assistant, and work-from-home communities • Contact administrators, page owners, and influencers • Obtain pricing, media kits, and posting requirements • Organize everything into a spreadsheet Deliverables Provide a spreadsheet containing: • Facebook Groups • Facebook Pages • TikTok Creators • Other relevant communities • Audience sizes • Contact information • Estimated pricing • Notes and recommendations The final spreadsheet should contain at least 50 qualified opportunities ranked by recommendation.
