Summary

We are looking for an experienced phone sales agent to help recover abandoned carts and abandoned checkouts for a growing ecommerce brand. The role will involve calling customers who started checkout but did not complete their purchase, answering questions, overcoming objections, and helping them confidently complete their order. This is a sales-focused customer support role, so we need someone who is friendly, persuasive, patient, and comfortable speaking with older U.S.-based customers over the phone. Responsibilities: Call abandoned cart and abandoned checkout leads daily Help customers complete their purchase over the phone Answer basic product, shipping, discount, and checkout questions Overcome objections in a professional and respectful way Work with us to create and improve phone scripts based on real customer conversations Ideally bring your own sales scripting ideas and help develop a stronger call process Track call outcomes clearly Communicate recurring customer questions, objections, or issues to our team Provide a great customer experience while also focusing on closing sales Requirements: Strong English speaking skills Previous phone sales, call center, or ecommerce customer service experience Experience calling U.S. customers is preferred Comfortable speaking with older customers in a patient and trustworthy tone Ability to create, test, and improve sales scripts Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment Organized, responsive, and able to report daily results Experience with abandoned cart recovery is a strong plus Experience with ecommerce platforms like Shopify, Checkout Champ, Konnektive, or similar platforms is a strong plus Ideal Candidate: The ideal person for this role is not overly aggressive, but knows how to guide a customer toward purchasing. We want someone who can build trust quickly, answer questions clearly, and make customers feel comfortable completing their order. We are especially interested in someone who has experience with ecommerce phone sales, abandoned cart recovery, checkout recovery, or closing customers over the phone. The more relevant experience you have, the better. Schedule: We are looking for someone available during U.S. business hours. Exact hours can be discussed based on availability and performance. Compensation: This role will include an hourly rate plus a small commission on each unit sold. Please include your hourly rate, relevant experience, and any previous sales results in your application.
