Phone Agent for B2B Introductions Platform (Inbound Calls)

We're hiring phone agents to handle inbound calls for a B2B introductions platform. We connect companies with investors, talent, customers, and strategic partners. What you'll do: - Take inbound calls from business professionals who received outreach from us - Use our browser-based phone system (no special hardware needed) - Have natural conversations to understand what the contact is looking for or offering - Qualify matches between companies and the people we're connecting them with - The system provides real-time AI suggestions and contact context during calls Who's calling: These are founders, executives, investors, and business leaders responding to personalized outreach emails. Conversations are strategic and consultative -- this is not cold calling or hard sales. Requirements: - Clear, professional English communication - Comfortable talking to senior business professionals (C-suite, VPs, founders) - Reliable internet connection and quiet environment - Available during US business hours (Pacific or Eastern preferred) - Experience in recruiting, sales, business development, or account management is a plus Tools we provide: - Browser-based phone system with live transcription - AI coaching suggestions during calls - Full contact context and history before each call - Call recording and transcript review Hours: Part-time to start, flexible schedule within US business hours.
