Phone Appointment Setter

Position Overview We’re seeking a motivated, articulate, and professional Phone Setter to join our team. Your role will be to call and pre-qualify potential clients for funding opportunities, following our proven scripts and systems. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our clients — setting the tone for an exceptional client experience. This role requires excellent English communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to confidently hold conversations with U.S.-based business owners. Responsibilities Call leads provided by our team to pre-qualify them for funding programs Follow a structured script and qualification process to ensure lead quality Schedule qualified clients for consultations with our Funding Advisors Maintain detailed notes and status updates in the CRM Achieve daily/weekly call and booking targets Communicate clearly and professionally via phone, and text Represent Zero Interest Mastery with integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism Qualifications Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written) Prior experience as a Phone Setter, Appointment Setter, or SDR (required) Ability to work U.S. business hours (9AM–6PM EST) Strong organization, follow-up, and time management skills Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision-makers Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment About Us: Zero Interest Mastery is a funding consulting company that helps entrepreneurs and small business owners access 0% interest funding to grow and scale their ventures.
