Appointment Setter — "Cool" List Calling (American English Required, no accent or Australian or British accent would be acceptable. ) We need a cheerful, reliable caller to book free service appointments with our existing customers. This is NOT cold sales — these people already own our product and need service every 5-10 years. Most just need a friendly reminder and an easy way to book. Why this is easier than most calling jobs: We're offering something free with no strings attached — people are relieved once they hear the offer. Simple script, light objection handling — like a customer service call, not a hard sell. Proven system — the business owner has personally booked appointments this way for years and trained other callers to do the same. What you'll do: Call "cool" leads (not cold) from our existing customer list Follow a simple script, handle basic objections Book appointments directly into our Calendar Log every call outcome in the CRM — no call left untracked Targets: Minimum: 1 appointment set per hour worked Strong performers average 2-4 appointments per hour Pay: Name your hourly rate — we pay what you ask as long as you can hit the standard above. Plus a bonus for every appointment set beyond 1/hour — the better you perform, the more you earn on top of base. Estimated starting range: $15-$35/hour for a qualified, consistent performer or professional Telemarketer. This role doesn't require advanced sales skill — just steady daily consistency. Who does well here: Someone with a warm, upbeat phone voice, native or fully fluent American English, strong customer-service instincts, and the discipline to stay consistent through a full calling shift. If you've done cold calling before, you'll find this refreshingly easy. Must be a native or fully native-sounding American English speaker.
