We are seeking an articulate, highly persuasive, and resilient Female B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to prospect medical clinics that accept personal injury patients. Your sole mission is to execute outbound cold calls using our proven script, navigate front-desk gatekeepers, pitch our training and outsourced negotiation services, and book qualified clinics for a free, no-pressure discovery call with our team. _______________________________________ Key Responsibilities → Outbound Cold Calling: Make cold calls to US medical offices using a provided dialer and lead list. → Gatekeeper Navigation: Use specialized scripts to confidently navigate front-desk staff, identify the decision-maker (Office Manager/Doctor), and secure their direct email address. → Appointment Setting: Pivot conversational objections using standard rebuttals to pitch our free "Discovery Call" and book meetings directly into our calendar. → Data Logging: Accurately update the CRM with call outcomes, disposition tags, and verified email addresses for follow-up marketing resources. ________________________________________ ♠ Required Qualifications ♠ • Gender Preference: Female (requested for target demographic response rates). • Flawless Spoken English: Exceptional verbal communication skills with a confident, natural, and persuasive professional tone. • Cold Calling Experience: Proven track record in B2B outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting on Upwork. • Thick Skin & Objection Handling: Ability to handle common rebuttals ("We already have someone," "Not interested," "Doctor is busy") smoothly without losing momentum. • Technical Requirements: USB headset, quiet home office, and high-speed internet.
