Commission-Only Phone Sales Representative for $499 Website Packages We are looking for an experienced and confident phone sales representative to sell one clear and affordable service: Professional business websites for $499. This is a commission-only freelance position. There is no hourly rate, monthly salary, or fixed retainer. The sales representative will receive a prepared list of businesses that either do not currently have a website or have an outdated website that may need to be redesigned. Your main responsibility will be to call these businesses, explain the offer, identify their needs, follow up, and close the sale. The Initial Service You Will Sell At the beginning, you will focus exclusively on selling our professional website package. The package includes: A professional business website Up to four pages Mobile and tablet responsive design Website copy based on the client’s business information Contact form Domain connection Up to three revision rounds Initial homepage concept before payment One-time price of $499 The offer is designed to be simple, clear, affordable, and easy for small business owners to understand. Clients can review the initial homepage concept before making payment, which helps reduce their risk and makes the offer easier to present. Future Upsell Opportunities After the website sale, there may be opportunities to offer additional digital marketing and AI-powered business services, including: Google Ads management Local SEO and Google Maps optimization Social media marketing Reputation management AI chatbots AI voice receptionists Marketing automation Lead generation Additional website services The initial focus, however, will be only on closing website sales. Lead List We will provide the freelancer with a prepared list of businesses to contact. The list will primarily include: Businesses without a website Businesses with outdated or poorly designed websites Businesses that may benefit from a professional website redesign The representative will not be expected to build the initial lead list independently. Calling System All sales calls must be made through our virtual phone system, CallTrackingMetrics. The selected representative will receive access to the platform and will be expected to use it for all outbound sales activity. CallTrackingMetrics will be used to: Make outbound calls Track call activity Record call outcomes Review call history Monitor follow-up activity Maintain organized communication records Help improve the sales process The representative must not use a personal phone number for company sales calls unless specifically approved. The representative will be responsible for accurately updating the outcome and status of every call inside the system. Sales Method The sales process will be conducted primarily by telephone through CallTrackingMetrics. The representative must be comfortable with: Cold calling business owners Starting conversations with decision-makers Explaining the offer clearly Asking discovery questions Handling objections Scheduling follow-up calls Following up by phone, email, or text when approved Closing the sale Completing the website questionnaire with the client After the client agrees to move forward, the representative will guide the client through the website intake questionnaire and collect the information required for our team to begin the project. Responsibilities Call businesses from the lead list provided by our company Make all outbound calls through CallTrackingMetrics Introduce the $499 website offer professionally Identify whether the business needs a new website or redesign Explain the value of having a professional, mobile-friendly website Explain that the client can review the initial homepage concept before payment Ask clear questions about the client’s business and website needs Handle common objections related to price, timing, trust, and existing websites Schedule and complete follow-up calls Close qualified website sales Complete the client intake form together with the customer Collect the required business information, images, content, and links Update the outcome and status of every call Maintain accurate notes inside CallTrackingMetrics or the assigned CRM Communicate complete and accurate project details to our production team Present only approved pricing, services, and project terms Avoid making promises that have not been approved by the company Compensation This is a commission-only position. The representative will receive: 20% commission on each completed and paid sale. For the standard $499 website package, the commission is: $99.80 per completed and paid website sale. Commission is earned only after: The client has agreed to purchase the website The required payment has been received The payment has cleared successfully The sale has not been refunded, canceled, or disputed Commission terms for future marketing and AI service upsells may be structured separately depending on the service sold. There is no guaranteed salary, hourly payment, monthly retainer, or payment for calls that do not result in a completed sale. What We Provide A prepared list of businesses to contact Access to CallTrackingMetrics A company calling number A clear and affordable website offer Website portfolio and examples Sales information about the package Frequently asked questions and objection-handling guidance A structured client questionnaire Support from our team when clarification is required Future opportunities to sell recurring marketing and AI services What We Are Looking For Proven phone sales or cold-calling experience Strong spoken English Experience speaking with small and medium-sized business owners Confidence calling businesses that have not previously requested information Strong communication and listening skills Ability to explain the service simply and clearly Strong objection-handling and closing skills Consistent follow-up habits Ability to work independently Accurate note-taking and CRM discipline Comfortable using virtual phone and call-tracking systems Professional and reliable communication Comfortable working entirely on commission Motivated by performance and sales results Preferred Experience Preference will be given to candidates with experience selling: Website design or website redesign services Digital marketing services SEO Google Ads Lead generation SaaS or AI business solutions Services to local businesses in the United States Experience using CallTrackingMetrics, a virtual phone system, or a sales CRM is preferred. Important This position is not suitable for someone who: Requires a guaranteed salary or hourly payment Is uncomfortable making cold calls Does not follow up consistently Expects every lead to be ready to purchase immediately Has difficulty speaking directly with business owners Is not comfortable being measured based on closed sales Is unwilling to update call notes and sales activity Is unwilling to use CallTrackingMetrics for all company calls Although the service is affordable and the offer is designed to reduce the client’s risk, this is still a professional outbound sales role. Success will depend on the representative’s ability to communicate value, build trust, follow up, and close.
