Photo Album Design and Editing

I’m looking for an experienced photo book designer/editor to create a series of polished art nude photography books, with multiple volumes organized by individual model and/or shooting location. A major part of this project is photo culling, sequencing, and storytelling. There are very large image collections to work through—for example, one model alone has approximately 5,000 images. Selecting the strongest photographs is important, but equally important is finding the right flow and progression from image to image and page to page so each book feels intentional rather than simply being a collection of photographs. The work would include: Reviewing and culling large collections of images. Identifying the strongest images while avoiding unnecessary repetition. Organizing photographs into a natural visual sequence. Creating multiple volumes when a model or location has enough material. Editing images as needed for consistency in exposure, color, tone, cropping, and overall appearance. Designing clean, professional photo-book layouts that complement the photography. Maintaining consistency across multiple books while allowing each model/location to have its own character. Preparing finished files suitable for professional photo-book printing. Lightroom workflow is important. I currently organize and work with the photographs in Adobe Lightroom, so I need someone who can propose a practical way for us to share the images along with my Lightroom metadata, including ratings, flags, keywords, edits, and other useful information. This might involve Lightroom catalogs, Smart Previews, XMP metadata, cloud storage, or another efficient workflow you recommend. Because these collections can contain thousands of high-resolution photographs, I’m particularly interested in someone who has experience managing large photography archives rather than designing books from only a few dozen preselected images. Please share examples of similar fine-art, art nude, boudoir, portrait, fashion, or photography-book projects you have completed. I’d also like to hear about your process for taking several thousand raw images and turning them into a thoughtfully curated, professionally designed series of books. Strong attention to detail, photo selection, sequencing, and visual storytelling are the most important parts of this project.
