Photo Book Layout Designer (Koi / Art Book)

Job Title: Photo Book Layout Designer (Premium Koi / Art Book – Adobe InDesign Required) ⸻ Project Overview: We are looking for a professional designer to create a high-quality layout for a photo-heavy book about Japanese Koi (Nishikigoi). This is NOT a simple Kindle formatting job. This is a visual, premium book where image quality and layout are critical. The book contains many full-color photographs and should have a clean, elegant, and professional design (similar to an art book or coffee table book). ⸻ Scope of Work: * Design and layout of a full-color book (approx. 200 pages) * Work from scanned pages and provided images/text * Maintain high visual quality of all photos * Create a clean, premium layout with strong use of white space * Prepare final files for: * Amazon KDP (print-ready PDF) * eBook version (EPUB or fixed layout if needed) ⸻ Requirements (Must Have): * Expert in Adobe InDesign * Experience with photo books, art books, or magazine layout * Strong understanding of print production (CMYK, bleed, margins, 300 DPI) * Good sense of layout, spacing, and typography ⸻ Preferred: * Experience preparing files for Amazon KDP * Experience with photography-heavy content * Basic Photoshop skills ⸻ To Apply, Please Include: 1.
