Photo Touch-Up / Editing

We have a photo that was captured on an iPhone in RAW format as a DNG file, and we need an experienced photo editor to prepare it for final use. What we need: 1- Remove the background with clean, professional edges (deliver the final image as a transparent PNG) 2-Move the female subject slightly closer so she overlaps with the male subject a bit more naturally 3- Remove the visible lapel microphones from both subjects 4- Touch up the image as needed, including exposure, lighting, shadows, color, and overall polish 5- Make the final image “pop” and look clean, professional, and high quality We have attached the RAW image for review. We have also attached an AI-generated placeholder image we have been using so you can see the look we are trying to match, especially the strong colors, polished lighting, clean cutout, and natural overlap between the two subjects. This project is urgent, and we would ideally like it completed today. Please only bid if you have time to work on it right away. When submitting your proposal, please include: -Your estimated total number of hours needed -Confirmation that you can complete this today, if possible -Examples of similar photo editing, retouching, or background removal work We are looking to assign this quickly.
