Real Estate Photo Editing Specialist – Photos (Vacation Rentals) About Us We are a vacation rental management company based in Saint-Martin (Caribbean) managing approximately 100 villas, apartments and luxury vacation rentals. We are looking for an experienced real estate photo editor who is already familiar with Nodalview HDR photography workflows. The objective is not simply to edit photos, but to create a consistent, premium visual identity across our entire portfolio. Source Material Photos are taken using: Nodalview HDR mode Villas and apartments Sea views Pools Tropical landscapes Luxury interiors Most photos are already correctly exposed through HDR processing. Your role is therefore to enhance and finalize the images while maintaining a natural and realistic look. Required Editing Perspective & Geometry Vertical correction Perspective correction Straightening Lens correction Exposure & Colors Fine exposure adjustments White balance correction Color consistency across the entire property Natural contrast Exterior Enhancement Pool water enhancement Sea color enhancement Sky improvement when necessary Vegetation enhancement Interior Enhancement Improve brightness and clarity Balance indoor/outdoor exposure through windows Correct color casts Create a clean and welcoming atmosphere Object Removal Occasionally remove: Electrical cables Reflections Minor stains Small distracting objects What We DO NOT Want ❌ Fake HDR look ❌ Over-saturated colors ❌ Unrealistic blue pools ❌ Artificial skies ❌ Excessive sharpening ❌ "Real estate brochure" look We prefer: Natural Elegant Premium Realistic Deliverables For each photo: High-resolution JPG Optimized for Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and direct website use Consistent visual style across all photos Volume We manage approximately 100 properties.
