Photographer/Videographer for 2-Day Conference Event Coverage in Addis Ababa (RAW only)

We are an exhibitor at the QS Africa Forum, a higher-education conference taking place at the Sheraton Addis Hotel in Addis Ababa. We are looking for ONE photographer/videographer to provide live, on-site event coverage across two days. This is on-site coverage work (photo + video) - not photo editing or stock work. DATES & HOURS: - Thursday 9 July 2026 - Friday 10 July 2026 - Event hours are 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM each day. - Note: we may only need you for a few hours on the first day and a full day on the second. This is not fully confirmed yet, so please share BOTH your hourly rate AND an estimated 2-day rate. WHAT WE NEED CAPTURED: 1. Video of our 2 panels (static shots - our supervisors presenting). 2. A short video of our booth, with myself and our supervisors speaking to camera (just a few seconds each). 3. Plenty of photos throughout - booth participation, the panels, and general event atmosphere. IMPORTANT - FILES: - We need RAW files only. No editing or retouching is required. - I will bring a hard disk to retrieve all raw photos and videos at the end of each day. EVENT CONTEXT: - Multi-university event with roughly 100-200+ attendees. - We handle all venue logistics and registration on our side. PLEASE LET US KNOW: 1. Your availability on those dates. 2.
