**Photography Training Guide Designer (Canva)** We are a growing portrait and graduation photography studio based in Dallas, Texas. We are building a professional training system to help onboard and train photographers as our company continues to scale. We are looking for an experienced professional who can take our existing materials, examples, and processes and transform them into polished, easy-to-follow training guides in Canva. This is not a branding project and not a social media design project. We are specifically looking for someone experienced in creating training manuals, educational materials, playbooks, onboarding systems, or similar documentation. ### Deliverables We need three training guides: **1. Posing Guide** * Organized by photography niche * Graduation * Headshots * Portraits * Couples * Family * Maternity * Visual pose examples * Photographer notes and prompts **2. Lighting & Style Guide** * Studio lighting setups * Lighting diagrams * Behind-the-scenes examples * Final image examples * Equipment used * Camera settings * Signature shooting style and standards **3. Session Guide** * Client experience standards * Session workflow * Session checklists * Best practices for photographers * Communication expectations ### What We Will Provide We are not expecting you to create everything from scratch. We will provide: * Existing portfolio images * Existing lighting examples * Behind-the-scenes photos * Example posing guides * Notes and explanations of our processes * Creative direction and feedback * Access to reference materials we already use internally Your role is to organize, structure, design, and build professional training materials that can be used to train future photographers. ### Ideal Candidate * Experience creating training manuals, playbooks, educational materials, or onboarding systems * Strong Canva skills * Strong layout and information organization skills * Able to take complex information and make it easy to follow * Excellent English communication * Photography knowledge is a plus but not required ### Important Please provide examples of training manuals, educational materials, playbooks, onboarding systems, or similar projects you have personally created.
