Photorealistic 3D Exterior Renders for Aluminium Window

We are looking for an experienced 3D visualisation artist or architectural renderer to create 8 photorealistic exterior render images for two new aluminium window system concepts. The purpose of these renders is to help us validate the visual design of two new aluminium window concepts with local architects. The images will be used to collect feedback on how each concept integrates with different cladding types, so attention to detail is extremely important. This is not a generic window rendering project. The focus is on accurately showing the window system, the frame details, the corner connections, and how the aluminium joinery works seamlessly with the surrounding cladding. Project Scope We need 8 exterior render images in total. There are: 2 aluminium window concepts (provided) 2 cladding types: brick and Linea-style weatherboard cladding 2 angles per combination to show the important details and nuances of each system The renders should show the window concepts as part of a realistic residential exterior. The model should include a home façade and a simple realistic background, rather than showing the window floating or isolated. However, the main focus must remain on the window and cladding integration. We will provide: Technical files in AutoCAD A couple of reference images to guide the desired look and outcome STL or OBJ files with the windows 3D models The successful freelancer must be able to: Create high-quality, photorealistic exterior architectural renders Accurately model aluminium window systems from technical drawings Show realistic integration between aluminium windows and exterior claddings Work with AutoCAD files and STL files Understand architectural detailing, cladding junctions, frame projections, rebates, trims, shadow lines, and material transitions Create realistic lighting, reflections, glass treatment, aluminium powdercoat finish, and exterior material textures Produce clean, professional visuals suitable for design validation with architects Please provide: 8 final photorealistic exterior render images High-resolution JPG or PNG files Source files, preferably in blender, but not a requirement We might have one round of minor revisions after initial draft renders
