Photorealistic Room Renderings

I’m looking for photorealistic, full-colour interior renderings of my open-plan great room, which combines the kitchen, dining, and living zones. This interior rendering should be in a 3D model and allow 360 degree rotation. Prefer 3D Max with V-Ray. No AI please. Would like a preliminary model on Wednesday for geometry of room and decisions on exposed truss configurations and their relationship to the view through the windows. Full model due on Monday June 29, with 3 revisions to be made after Monday and submitted within 2 days of feedback. The final output should be exclusive and visually accurate, capturing the space in a realistic and appealing way. Monday rendering and revisions after to be in UHD 6k. Wednesday preliminary submission can be in lower resolution. Please provide your quote for this work. Please share relevant examples of similar work to help me evaluate your style and quality. You will receive my PDF 2D CAD drawings, and material references. The aesthetic I want is traditional with a modern flair, and I expect high detail right down to accessories, realistic lighting, and true-to-life textures. Keep layers, materials, and proxies well-organised so I can archive the native 3ds Max file. The native .max file with linked textures and V-Ray settings. Acceptance criteria: lighting is noise-free, materials match the schedule, and overall realism equals or exceeds your portfolio level. Payment to be in milestones. 25% upon Wednesday rendering acceptance. 35% upon 6k Monday rendering with 3d modelling and texturing acceptance. 10% each on 3 revisions.
