3D Photorealistic Site plan & Building Rendering using 3Ds Max Only

Siteplan Building Rendering, must be photo realistic. 3Ds Max & Vray required, 2020 version, no other software will be acceptable. 3Ds Max and all reference files, must be supplied so I can render. Everything must be setup in the 3Ds max file so I can render. 1 Camera for only 1 view of the building. Don't need to model the backside of the building Customer Comments: Customer Comments: We would prefer to get a 3D site model of our building and be able to show the building in daylight and nighttime, with site lighting on and off For the night time image, the lights would need to be cropped to show ON and OFF png images.
