Photorealistic image generator / renderer

Looking for an expert in 3D-modeling and rendering of sketch-up models for Interior Design. Models to be taken to the next level for professional presentation. Models to be rendered with specified and correctly scaled FF&E and lighting. Model views or scenes to be transformed into professional, photorealistic images (and occasionally walkthroughs) to present to clients, feature on designer's website, instagram, and e-mail marketing campaigns. Models to be updated with any missing and properly scaled, designer-specified finishes, furnishings, and fixtures, using plug-ins like SketchUp AI Assistant, 3Form, FurniMesh, etc. Some models more complete than others. Designer will supply candidate with plumbing, lighting , furnishing, and finish schedules to be scaled into any model where these elements are either missing or contain generic placeholders. Candidate should be fluent in SketchUp and V-Ray and / or be able to export Sketch-Up model to 3ds Max + V-Ray / Corona + any employ any other / additional AI tools to produce desired result.
