Photoshop Expert for AI Image Enhancement

We are seeking a skilled Photoshop expert to enhance, refine, and manipulate AI-generated images for our e-commerce brands. Our internal creative team already produces high-quality AI visuals, so we are not looking for someone to generate AI images from scratch. Instead, we need someone who can take existing AI-generated images that are already 90% of the way there and use professional Photoshop skills to bring them to a polished, realistic, production-ready level. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in photo editing, image retouching, compositing, and digital manipulation, with advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and ideally Adobe Illustrator. Experience working with high-fashion, beauty, skincare, cosmetics, lifestyle, or aspirational brands is a strong plus, as the visuals we create need to feel premium, polished, and aligned with those types of brand aesthetics. You should understand the common imperfections and limitations of AI-generated images, such as small detail inconsistencies, texture issues, awkward edges, distorted objects, lighting mismatches, and other subtle visual flaws. However, this role is not only about correcting AI imperfections. We also need someone who can creatively manipulate images, combine elements from multiple images, and make manual edits that AI prompting often struggles to achieve. For example, you may be asked to place a product bottle into a model’s hand, combine parts of two different AI-generated images, adjust angles, match lighting and shadows, add realistic product placement, or modify small details within an image while keeping everything natural and believable. In many cases, AI can create a strong base image, but the final details, product integration, and realistic adjustments require a skilled Photoshop professional. This is a part-time project expected to last 3 to 6 months, with a focus on delivering high-quality, polished results across a variety of brand visuals. We are looking for someone detail-oriented, reliable, and capable of improving already strong AI-generated images through expert retouching, compositing, and traditional Photoshop manipulation. Please note: AI image generation is not required for this role. We are specifically looking for a post-production expert who can manipulate, retouch, combine, and improve AI-generated images after they have already been created.
