Photoshop clean up of video stills

Summary

I need to edit some video stills to use as website images. Most of the video was shot in 4K. I will need the photos color corrected, cropped, and in some cases edited to remove or reposition people and objects. The goal is to make the images visually balanced and color corrected. Exports will be optimized for websites in terms of loading time. Thank you.
