Physical Therapy Medical Biller (Medicare Part B)

We are a small, growing in-home physical therapy practice seeking an experienced medical biller with a strong background in outpatient physical therapy billing. Responsibilities: Resolve insurance denials and submit appeals Follow up on unpaid claims and accounts receivable Manage patient statements and collections Verify claim status and ensure timely reimbursement Identify billing issues and recommend process improvements Communicate with insurance companies and patients as needed Requirements: Experience billing outpatient physical therapy claims Strong knowledge of Medicare Part B billing rules, modifiers (KX, GP, CQ/CO if applicable), and documentation requirements Experience with WebPT and Therabill (preferred) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent communication and organizational skills Please include a brief summary of your experience with physical therapy billing, Medicare Part B, WebPT, and Therabill when applying.
