Physical Therapy Technology & Healthcare Workflow Expert Needed for WJ MeDA

About WJ MeDA WJ MeDA is a healthcare workflow automation software company currently developing a platform specifically for physical therapy practices. We are looking for an experienced U.S.-based professional who understands physical therapy practice operations AND healthcare technology to help us validate and refine our product direction. This is not a generic marketing project. We are looking for someone who has real experience with the PT industry and can help us understand what PT clinics actually need from technology. What We Need From You We want you to evaluate WJ MeDA from the perspective of a PT clinic and help us answer: * What are the biggest repetitive, expensive, and frustrating administrative problems in outpatient PT practices? * Which problems are currently poorly solved by existing EMR/practice-management systems? * Which workflows could realistically be automated? * Which problem should WJ MeDA focus on first? * What would make a PT clinic owner actually pay for WJ MeDA? * What pricing would be reasonable for the value provided? * How should WJ MeDA position itself in the PT technology market? * Which existing PT software platforms and workflows should we understand or integrate with? * Who is the actual buyer/decision-maker for this type of technology? Ideal Candidate You should have substantial experience in one or more of the following: * Physical therapy practice ownership or operations * Working directly with outpatient PT clinics * PT EMR/practice-management technology * Healthcare IT or health-tech * Healthcare workflow consulting * PT technology implementation * Healthcare SaaS/product consulting * Revenue cycle, authorization, scheduling, documentation, or other PT administrative workflows PT industry experience is strongly preferred. We especially want someone who has worked with actual PT practices and understands how clinics operate day-to-day. What We Want You To Deliver At the end of the project, we want: 1. A clear assessment of the major operational problems PT clinics face. 2. A prioritized list of the workflows WJ MeDA should investigate automating. 3. Recommendations on which problem represents the strongest product opportunity. 4. Feedback on our current WJ MeDA concept and positioning. 5. Recommendations on pricing and the type of clinic we should target first. 6. An overview of competing PT technology and where potential gaps exist. 7. A practical plan for validating the opportunity with real PT clinics. 8. Ideally, introductions or access to several PT clinic owners, operators, or decision-makers willing to provide honest feedback. Important We are not looking for someone to simply tell us that the idea is good. We want honest, critical feedback. If you believe WJ MeDA is solving the wrong problem, tell us. If you believe a different PT workflow has significantly more value, tell us. If you believe clinics would not pay for our current concept, tell us why and what would need to change. Our goal is to build something that provides measurable value to PT practices—not simply another piece of healthcare software. Project This is initially a short-term consulting/market-validation project. If we find the right expert and the collaboration is successful, there may be opportunities for continued involvement with WJ MeDA as we move toward PT clinic pilots and commercialization.
