Physician Advisor (MD/DO) — Preventive & Longevity Medicine

OneTwenty is a health optimization membership platform: quarterly blood panels, wearable data, AI coaching, and telehealth treatment access. We need a licensed physician as an ongoing advisor. Advisory only, not patient care. You won't treat members or review individual charts. Scope: - Blood panel design: which biomarkers, at what cadence, and why - Optimal vs. reference ranges, and how we explain the difference to members - Practical clinical questions that shape product logic (fasting windows before draws, timing around training and supplements, common out-of-range patterns) - Clinical accuracy review on member-facing content and protocol logic Requirements: - MD or DO, active US license, board certified - Real depth in preventive, functional, longevity, endocrine, or sports medicine - Comfortable where guidelines and optimization practice diverge, and willing to say when something isn't supported - Writes clearly for non-clinicians - Async-first, occasional calls Engagement: Ongoing, about 3 to 8 hours per month to start, hourly.
