Physician Informatics & Clinical Application Specialist (MD/DO) – Remote Full-Time We are looking for a tech-savvy Physician (MD/DO) who enjoys solving problems, supporting fellow providers, and working at the intersection of healthcare and technology. This is a full-time remote position for a physician who can become the expert on our proprietary clinical application and help providers navigate technical and workflow-related challenges. What You'll Be Doing Master our proprietary healthcare application and workflows. Serve as the primary support resource for physicians, nurse practitioners, and other providers. Troubleshoot application, documentation, workflow, and EMR-related issues via phone, video calls, and screen sharing. Train and onboard providers on system functionality and best practices. Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements. Work closely with operations and development teams to improve the provider experience. Assist with the implementation and optimization of AI-powered healthcare tools. Requirements MD or DO degree required. Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical documentation, and healthcare workflows. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking directly with providers and resolving issues in real time. Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly. Experience with EHR/EMR systems. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Clinical Informatics, Health IT, or Digital Health. Familiarity with AI tools and healthcare technology. Previous experience supporting clinical software platforms. Experience working with product, engineering, or software teams. Ideal Candidate You are a physician who genuinely enjoys technology. You can quickly understand complex systems, communicate clearly with healthcare professionals, and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
