Pilates Teacher Training Manual Creation

We are looking for an experienced instructional designer, technical writer, or curriculum developer to help create a premium Pilates teacher training manual and workbook. We have already developed the majority of the content and curriculum. We are looking for someone who can take our raw material and transform it into a polished, cohesive, and professionally designed training manual. Responsibilities include: Organizing and structuring the content into a logical learning progression. Editing and refining the writing while maintaining our brand voice. Improving clarity, consistency, and readability throughout. Designing a clean, modern, high end layout with callout boxes, tables, diagrams, and other visual elements where appropriate. Creating a complementary workbook with exercises, notes, and practical learning activities. Preparing the final files for both digital use and professional printing. Experience creating educational materials, certification programs, training manuals, or workbooks is required. Experience in Pilates, fitness, rehabilitation, movement education, or anatomy is highly preferred. We are building a premium teacher training program, so attention to detail, excellent writing skills, and strong visual design are essential.
