About the Role We're looking for a Pinterest specialist to grow organic traffic and conversions for a UK ecommerce brand through strategic, non-paid Pinterest marketing. This is a hands-on role covering strategy, content creation direction, pinning, and performance optimisation — no paid ad spend involved. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a monthly Pinterest content strategy aligned to seasonal trends, product launches, and site content (blog, product pages, collections) Design or brief eye-catching, on-brand Pin graphics (static and video) optimised for Pinterest's algorithm Write keyword-optimised Pin titles, descriptions, and board structures using Pinterest SEO best practice Manage a consistent pinning schedule (fresh Pins, idea Pins, board organisation) using a scheduling tool (e.g. Tailwind) Conduct keyword and trend research via Pinterest Trends and Search Monitor and report on key metrics: impressions, saves, outbound clicks, and on-site conversions/revenue attributed to Pinterest Optimise boards, Pin descriptions, and profile SEO on an ongoing basis based on performance data Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity Stay current on Pinterest platform updates, algorithm changes, and organic growth tactics Requirements Proven track record growing organic Pinterest traffic/revenue for an ecommerce brand (please share results/case studies) Strong understanding of Pinterest SEO, the Smart Feed algorithm, and fresh Pin strategy Experience with Tailwind or similar scheduling/analytics tools Comfortable working from Canva or brand templates to produce on-brand graphics Familiarity with Google Analytics/Shopify analytics to track Pinterest-driven traffic and sales Excellent written English and strong understanding of UK ecommerce audiences and seasonal shopping calendars Self-managed, deadline-driven, and comfortable reporting monthly on performance
