We are looking for an experienced Pipedrive CRM specialist to set up and optimize our sales pipeline for an Upwork-based agency. Scope of Work - Create a complete sales pipeline in Pipedrive. - Design deal stages from lead generation to project completion. - Set up custom fields, activities, tags, and automations. - Create reporting dashboards and performance tracking. - Recommend best practices for managing Upwork leads and clients. - Ensure the pipeline is scalable as the agency grows.
