Pipeline Manager (CRM & Lead Approval) – Structured Sales System We are building a structured outbound sales system and are looking for a detail-oriented Pipeline Manager to control lead quality and CRM flow. This is not a lead generation role. Our lead generation team handles: - Sourcing prospects - Identifying intent signals and triggers - Verifying contact data Your role is to manage quality and flow once leads enter the system. Responsibilities: - Review incoming leads for accuracy and relevance - Approve or reject leads based on defined criteria - Maintain CRM organization and data integrity - Assign qualified leads to closers - Track lead status and movement through the pipeline You will NOT: - Source leads - Do outbound prospecting - Close deals Ideal candidate: - Strong attention to detail - Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Airtable, etc.) - Process-driven and organized - Able to follow and enforce structured workflows The goal is to maintain a clean, high-quality pipeline so closers only engage with strong opportunities.
