Pitch Deck Presentation/Graphic Designer for Event Planning

I’m looking for an experienced presentation/graphic designer to customize an existing event planning template into a polished, elevated client-facing services deck for my event planning and floral design business, Soirée Edition. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio in presentation and graphic design, with the ability to transform existing templates or create a new template into something visually stunning and professional presentations. I already have an event planning template that I would like to use as the foundation but I’m open to starting fresh. I need someone who can thoughtfully modify the template so that it reflects my business, services, aesthetic, and brand guidelines. The deck should clearly communicate: * Who Soirée Edition is * Our event planning and design philosophy * Planning services * Wedding planning services * Floral design services * Event styling/decor services * Luxury picnic or tablescape services, where appropriate * What clients can expect when working with us * Our planning/design process * Service/package options * Optional add-ons * Portfolio/previous work * Testimonials, if applicable * Inquiry/contact information * A strong closing call-to-action Brand Direction The overall aesthetic should feel: * Luxury * Sophisticated * Feminine but not overly feminine * Editorial * Romantic * Elevated * Modern * Intentional * High-end and boutique I want the deck to feel like a luxury event design studio, not a generic wedding planner brochure. I will provide my existing brand guidelines, including fonts, colors, logos, imagery, and any other brand assets I have. Your Responsibilities You will: 1. Review my existing event planning template. 2. Review my brand guidelines. 3. Adapt the template to my brand identity. 4. Rework the text/layout where necessary so the deck flows naturally. 5. Create a consistent visual hierarchy throughout the presentation. 6. Incorporate my event planning and floral services. 7. Make recommendations where the existing template does not work well for my business. 8. Ensure the deck is visually polished and client-ready. 9. Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, spacing, imagery, and overall design. 10. Provide the final editable file as well as a client-ready PDF. Important I am looking for someone who can bring creative judgment, not someone who will simply replace the existing template text. The goal is to take the template and make it feel as though it was specifically designed for Soirée Edition. I want the final deck to be something I feel confident sending to a potential luxury client immediately after they inquire about my services.
