Pitch Designer & Storyteller to Become Our In-House Presentation Lead (EN/FR, Long-Term)

We're ScalniQ — an AI automation and operational intelligence company based in Morocco, working with enterprise clients across Morocco, the GCC, Europe, and the US. We build systems that protect and grow revenue for serious organizations: five-star hospitality groups, technical-inspection firms, and more. Our pitches close six-figure deals. The thinking behind them is strong. What we want now is someone who makes them unforgettable. We're not hiring a one-off freelancer. We're looking for one person to own our entire pitch craft — and to grow with us as we scale. What you'll own: - The full pitch, end to end — visual design, narrative structure, and strategic framing - Turning raw strategy and numbers into decks that make a five-star client lean forward - A consistent, premium visual language across every document we put in front of a decision-maker - Over time, shaping how ScalniQ tells its story everywhere - Sometimes do some market research to add accurate numbers to the presentation Who you are: - An experienced presentation builder, who has ACTUAL experience of how to build and knows what's right and what's wrong. - A good market researcher. - Fluent in English AND French — non-negotiable, you'll work across both daily - Moroccan, or deeply familiar with the Moroccan business mindset — a strong plus - A designer with real taste: clean, executive, "investment-memo" level polish - A storyteller who can structure an argument, not just decorate slides - Someone who thinks about the audience and the outcome, not just the layout - Reliable, invested, and hungry to build with a company instead of hopping between gigs What you get: - Real ownership and a seat close to the founders — your work goes straight in front of CEOs and owners - Genuine appreciation: we notice effort and reward it - Growth — as the company grows, you grow, in scope, responsibility, and pay - Work that actually matters and that you'll be proud to put your name on How this works: We start with one paid trial project — a real deck — so we can see how you think and build together.
