Pixel Artist and Animator Needed

We are seeking a talented pixel artist and animator to create engaging and visually appealing animations for our project. The ideal candidate will have experience in pixel art and animation, with a strong portfolio showcasing their skills. Responsibilities include designing and animating characters, objects, and scenes using pixel art techniques. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. If you have a passion for pixel art and animation, we would love to hear from you! Scope is; Cyberpunk atmosphere — neon lighting, dark backdrops, high contrast, and glow effects. A consistent pixel art language throughout. Player Character One playable character with the following animations: • Idle • Run • Slash (sword attack) • Blink (teleport / short-range dash) • Hurt (taking damage) • Death • Overdrive stance (powered-up stance) • A few small character-tied VFX (slash trail, blink effect, overdrive aura, etc.) Enemies • 15 distinct enemies • No animation or just a single animation (static or one-motion) VFX • 5–8 small effects (hit sparks, explosions, energy particles, teleport trails, etc.) Backgrounds • 3–4 different backgrounds Scope Summary • 1 player character (7 animations + small VFX) • 15 enemies (minimal animation) • 5–8 VFX • 3–4 backgrounds
