We are seeking a skilled a Commercial Real Estate Due Diligence Analyst Needed (Placer.ai Experience Required) Project Type: Fixed Price Overview I have submitted a Letter of Intent (LOI) to purchase a Dollar General property located at 415 E Douglas Ave NE, Gervais, Oregon. Before moving forward, I am seeking an experienced commercial real estate analyst with current access to Placer.ai to perform a comprehensive location and investment analysis.
