PlanSwift Construction Estimator (USA-Based Residential Projects)

Summary

We are looking for an experienced PlanSwift Estimator for Residential Construction projects based in the United States. This role is not limited to quantity takeoffs. We need someone who can review residential construction plans, measure all required materials, and prepare a complete construction cost estimate using current U.S. contractor pricing for both materials and labor. Preference will be given to candidates familiar with New Jersey construction costs and market rates. Requirements: Expert in PlanSwift Experience estimating residential construction projects Ability to produce complete project budgets, not just measurements Knowledge of U.S. labor and material costs Please include: Your PlanSwift experience Examples of completed estimates
