AI Platform for Fashion E-commerce

We are looking for an experienced AI engineer or full-stack developer to build a simple internal AI platform for our fashion e-commerce company. It will initially be used by 5–10 employees and should focus on three functions: Influencer Discovery: Find relevant Instagram and TikTok influencers based on niche, location, keywords, follower count, engagement rate, audience, and brand fit. Show social profiles, engagement information, and publicly available contact details. Influencer Outreach: Locate public business contact information, generate personalized AI outreach messages, organize influencer lists, and keep basic records of who has been contacted. Trend Research: Identify fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and social-media trends, including products, styles, colors, keywords, hashtags, sounds, and content formats. Research sources may include TikTok, Instagram, Google Trends, and third-party data providers. The platform should explain why trends are growing and recommend relevant product and content ideas. Please include your recommended approach, technology, APIs or data providers, development timeline, total cost, monthly operating costs, relevant examples, and confirmation that we will own the platform and source code. We are open to starting with an MVP and expanding later.
