Play Minecraft with young kids while using simple English

**This position is for individuals who genuinely enjoy Minecraft and are active players. If this does not apply to you, please refrain from applying.** [Position] You will play Minecraft with young children (ages 5–11) and help them start using English naturally through interaction. • Focus on conversation (not formal teaching) • Encourage simple sentences like: “I like ___” / “How many ___” / “Help me” • Use exploration and gameplay to create situations where children want to speak 🎥 Sample videos (important) ▶️ Main student level (Beginner) Students who have little to no English experience. You can see how they naturally start speaking more over time. https://youtu.be/2CJlTCc-AMk?si=x-IkoFIFTuWjse7R *We provide a guidance session, sample videos, lesson flow guides, level goals, useful phrases, command guides, and mock lesson support — everything you need to get started. ⚠️ Important skills • Clear and easy-to-understand pronunciation (very important) • Ability to speak slowly and adjust to beginner-level students • Comfortable interacting with children in a fun and engaging way ⸻ ✅ Requirements • Loves playing Minecraft (confident in gameplay) • Can keep conversations flowing during gameplay • Enjoy engaging and entertaining children using gestures, expressions, and body language — even when English is limited ※ No teaching experience required ⏰ Working hours Weekdays: 15:00–21:00 JST Weekends: 9:00–21:00 JST We are especially looking for teachers available during time slots including 15:00–18:00 JST. 💰 Payment Each lesson lasts 50 minutes. • Trial Lesson: $8.4/hour • Regular Lesson: $9.6/hour • Group Lessons: $13.5–$25 Additional bonuses available. Average earnings: around $12–13/hour. About us: We are an online English school based in Japan. We don’t focus on memorization or grammar-first learning. Instead, we create fun, engaging environments where children naturally want to use English. As we expand internationally from April, we are looking for new teachers to support our growing number of students. Our current teachers are already fully booked with students in Japan, so this position does not require Japanese.
