Player Acquisition Designer

Position Overview FungaBet is seeking a creative and performance-driven Player Acquisition Designer to create compelling visual content that attracts, engages, and converts new players across digital channels. This role combines graphic design, digital marketing, gaming culture, and player psychology to develop high-impact creative assets that support user acquisition, retention, and brand growth. The ideal candidate understands what captures a player's attention and can transform ideas into engaging campaigns that drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities Design promotional graphics, advertisements, social media content, and campaign assets. Create content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Telegram, Discord, Twitch, Reddit, and other gaming communities. Develop creative concepts that increase player registrations, deposits, and engagement. Design banners, landing pages, email marketing graphics, and promotional materials. Collaborate with marketing, affiliate, and community teams to support growth initiatives. Research gaming trends, player behavior, competitors, and emerging content formats. Create promotional materials for tournaments, special events, bonuses, and community campaigns. Maintain brand consistency across all player-facing content. Analyze campaign performance and optimize creatives based on engagement and conversion metrics. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of graphic design experience in gaming, esports, entertainment, iGaming, or digital marketing. Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and conversion-focused design work. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or similar tools. Understanding of social media marketing and digital advertising. Familiarity with gaming culture, esports, sports betting, casino products, streamers, and online communities. Experience creating both static and animated content. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills Motion graphics and video editing. Experience working with gaming or betting communities. Knowledge of acquisition metrics such as CTR, CPA, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates. Experience supporting influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns. Basic understanding of UI/UX principles. What Success Looks Like Increased player registrations and engagement.
